At Atlas, she brings that same precision to everything we build, crafting scalable infrastructure and onboarding experiences that bring structure, strategy, and simplicity to every client we serve.

Mason - Co-Founder & Product Lead

As a newly licensed agent, Mason quickly saw what so many in the industry already felt: the tools were clunky, the workflows manual, and the onboarding experience chaotic. But Mason didn’t just see a problem, he saw an opportunity to merge his background in systems and process-building with real estate. That idea became Atlas.

Together with Heidi, Mason has spent years building smart, scalable CRM systems and backend operations that real estate teams can rely on.
